Delivery and pickup

Choose at checkout: collect your order from the workshop for free, or have it delivered.

Pick up in Maddington

Collect from 4 Church Road, Maddington, Western Australia, 6109, Mon–Fri: 8AM–4PM, Sat–Sun: Closed. There is no charge. We email you when your order is ready to collect — most orders of parts we hold in stock are ready the same or the next business day.

Delivery

Delivery is priced at checkout from what you are buying and where it is going: parcels go with Australia Post, and long items such as slats, guides and bottom rails go by freight. You see the price, and the carrier's estimated time where it gives one, before you pay. Long items need a street address — a freight carrier can't deliver to a PO box.

Some items can't be priced for delivery online. The checkout tells you, and you can still order them for pickup or ask us for a freight quote.

When it leaves

Orders are packed at the workshop on business days (Monday to Friday). We email you when your order has been sent. A part shown as “Available to order” is ordered in for you first; we'll let you know if that will take more than a few days.

Something wrong with a delivery?

If an order arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us within a few days of delivery with a photo and we will put it right. See also returns and warranty.
