Door Parts is operated by Force Shutters Pty Ltd (ABN 84 149 435 423). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you order we collect your name, email address, phone number and, for delivery, your address. Your payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
What we use it for
- To fulfil your order, send it, and contact you about it.
- To give you a tax invoice and keep the records the law requires.
- To answer a question or handle a return or warranty claim.
We don't sell your details or use them for marketing you haven't asked for.
Who we share it with
Only the services that get your order to you: Stripe (payment), the carrier delivering your order (your name, address and phone number), and the service that sends our order emails.
Cookies and analytics
A cookie keeps your cart between pages; it holds no personal details. When analytics are turned on we use Google Analytics to see how the store is used, in aggregate.
