Terms of sale

Door Parts is operated by Force Shutters Pty Ltd (ABN 84 149 435 423) of 4 Church Road, Maddington, Western Australia, 6109 (“we”). By placing an order on www.doorparts.com.au you agree to these terms.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, and we may correct an obvious pricing error by cancelling the order and refunding you in full before it is sent.

Orders

An order is accepted when your payment is taken. If a part turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund it. A part shown as “Available to order” is ordered in from the supplier for you.

Payment

Payment is by card through Stripe when you order. We don't see or store your card details.

Delivery and pickup

See delivery and pickup. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection; title passes once paid for.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our returns terms, including for a change of mind, are on the returns and warranty page.

Fitting parts

Roller shutters and roller doors are heavy and spring-loaded or motorised. Parts should be fitted by someone competent to do so, following the manufacturer's instructions. If in doubt, ask us — Force Shutters installs and services shutters across Perth.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from the use or fitting of a part, and our liability is limited to the price of the part. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia.
